As an e-commerce shop and one that utilizes print on demand for the pineapple apparel, we do not offer typical product returns or exchanges.

If the package needs to be returned for any reason (wrong address, broken, damaged, wrong item, etc.) you will follow instructions here based on the items you've purchased.

Reasons for Returns

Wrong Address – If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you.

Unclaimed – Shipments that go unclaimed are returned and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment.

Returned by you – Please contact me before returning any products, especially related to clothing, apparel, prints, lifestyle home items. Right now, I do not refund orders for buyer’s remorse or size exchanges (we provide sizing metrics and you are responsible to ensure the best size for you).

Return Address & Instructions

Any pineapple apparel, clothing, prints, and home lifestyle items will need to be returned to the marked return address with your package.

If you would like to exchange your product in its original condition, please follow the return procedures outlined above and place a new order for your preferred item(s). You can do this at your convenience—place an order now so it gets fulfilled and ships asap, or you can wait until after we've processed your refund, if approved.

If you've purchased any pineapple swag such as pineapple decals, stickers, buttons, magnets and need to return them due to reasons noted at the top of this page. You'll be able to send these purchase items to the return address listed on your package or envelope.
